The music here spans almost 7 years of songwriting. From the "Electric Jack Project of 2003-04, based in Yokohama, Japan, to "PLANET 9" of 2005-?. I have been focusing more on instrumental music and experimental electronic. These are the songs that have definied life for myself. All are written by J Pescatello, L Birzen, and C Yagi unless otherwise stated.
Aces In Yo Faces- This track was written in late 2006. It is one of the heavier songs in the collection, featuring Jack and Lisa on vocals. C Yagi supplied guitar leads.
- Give Me Your Fire
- One of the first tracks for the Planet 9 project, written in 2005.
- A Little Song
- This song was written in 2004, part of the project I created in Japan. Thanks to Disuke Itoh for a great solo, all done impromptu.
- Lay All Your Love
- This is the ABBA song. Redone in the EJP style. Transcribed into MIDI originally in 2002 by A. Yoshimura, and completed by the EJP team in early 2005.
- The Invasion
- This is one track from a new project currently in the works. Not that anything is ever 'complete'. I want to imagine what would happen if aliens invaded the earth, not with military force, but with cultural and experiential force.
- Alien Rock
- Something in the works for a while. This is all instrumental for now. A little tribute to rock of old, and what of new...
- Arize
Written in 2006, amidst two escalating wars. This is my personal reaction to it. L Birzen helped with the vocals. Merci.
